Moo Goong Terrace
Moo Goong Terrace was built in 1983 by Korean American Community Services and currently managed by KACS, and is located at 4848 N. Kedzie Ave. in Chicago, Illinois. It is a Section 8 apartment which provides subsidized housing for low income senior citizens and people with disability. Applicants must be 62 years of age or older and meet income level requirements to be eligible. The building has 74 independent one-bedroom units. Moo Goong Terrace does not discriminate against any applicant based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, disability or source of income.

코람 연장자 아파트
코람 연장자 아파트는1987년 3월에 비영리 코람주택공사에 의해 완공되었으며,  연장자와 장애자를 위한  연방정부 주택 및 도시계발부의 섹숀 8 프로그램으로  설립되었습니다.
현재는 한인사회복지회에서  안전하고 살기 좋은 아파트가 되도록 운영, 관리하고 있습니다. 위치는 시카고 시 알바니팍 지역, 몬트로즈와 폴라스키가 만나는 동북쪽, 4444 N. Harding Avenue이며 , 총 58세대로  원베드룸 44세대, 스튜디오 14세대로 구성되어 있으며 , 윌체어 사용 장애자를 위한 7세대도 포함하고 있습니다.  연장자인 경우 가족중 한분이 반드시 62세 혹은 그이상이셔야  합니다. 연방정부주택국이 추구하고 있는 거주 기회의 평등의 원칙과 정신을 실현하며, 또한 인종, 피부색, 종교, 성별, 장애, 가족형편 및 출신국가로 인한 거주 기회 차별을 지양하는 홍보 및 마케팅프로그램을 장려 및 지원합니다.
